I have been seeing Elena at the Arnica Clinic for a year and a half and all I have is great things to say about her and her office. Elena is very knowledgeable and very professional and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! I have made regular colon cleanses a part of my life and I can't believe the difference I feel in my overall health! Elena is sooooo awesome and completely accommodating to my schedule and is always willing to put in extra time which is very much appreciated. I will be coming here for a loooooong time!
After having my son 5 years ago I had a pain in my hip and lower back that just wouldnt go away, I had tried massage therapy but found it only helped for a week if that. So I started to look into hot stone therapy and I booked an appt with Nina. She was great after my sessions I felt amazing and I no longer have pain in my lower back and hip. I also have had Micro derm abrasion done by Nina. It has left my skin feeling softer and Nina has given me Inexpensive ways of taking care of my skin at home. Truly an wonderful experince. I definitely recommend seeing Nina Gart to everyone!!
I went to the Arnica Clinic for 6 sessions of Microdermabrasion with Nina. This treatment has definitely helped with my acne scars as well as the overall texture and complexion of my skin. My skin used to be very oily and rough, but after this treatment, its more smooth and even now. I would highly recommend Nina as she is very detail orientated and would provide you with the best service and great recommendations for daily skin routines. Thanks Nina :)
I came all the way from Penticton to have a colonic treatment at Arnica Clinic. The treatment was awesome as usual (I had five colonic sessions last year). The atmosphere was warm, relaxing and Elena gave me a gentle abdominal massage that left me with excellent results. I felt comfortable from the beginning to the end of the procedure. Thank you very much Elena for a such an effective treatment and at the same time providing a warm/ homey experience. I will definitely return at my first opportunity.

You can literally walk out after a session with Elena and feel 100x better than when you walked in. Her hands and her soul are the kindest, gentlest and most relaxing that I have ever experienced!
