Horrible horrible customer service. Jessica was running 25 minutes late and I was told if I wait she will credit my service. I waited another 15 minutes only to get given attitude by Jessica. I use to see Jenna and never had a problem with Jenna she was absolutely amazing and now they have Jessica taken over her clients but shes extremely rude and isnt very knowledgeable. After I was told Id receive a free service I got my laser done only for Jessica to get a call from heather the manager telling her I have to pay for my service. This is the second time Ive had a problem with heather. She should practice better customer service rather than flapping those duck lips every chance she get. This was twice Ive felt lied and cheated by heather offering me a free service because her techs are behind only to be told after Ive received the service that I have to pay. Go else where and save yourself the trouble.
I went to the Port Moody location and I loved it. I've been to 3 places for laser hair removal and this was by far the best one I've been to. They're really thorough with it and even ice your skin as they're doing it so that it's not overly painful. And they give you a warm cloth to wipe yourself with afterwards which is always nice. The other places I've been to don't ice and they just give you a paper towel to wipe with. Also, it's really easy to book/change appointments because you can do everything online!
Nothing but the best at Refresh. Deciding who to trust with the care of your skin can be scary. The moment you walk into Refresh you're instantly put at ease: Their staff is not only knowledge and friendly but they only use top quality products. I can say enough good things about Heather and her staff. Thank you Refresh!
The customer service at Refresh Evolution is phenomenal. While the staff are very professional, I felt right at home and any anxiety I may have had before my appointment vanished upon arrival. The results have been remarkable! I absolutely love how my skin looks, and will continue to take advantage of the amazing monthly deals. I was nervous going in for the very first time but Ashley, one of the beauticians, made my first visit so wonderful. It was painless and I felt so comfortable around her. I can't wait to see how the final results will be.
