The rooms have a funny smell. The one I was in was like sleeping in a gym bag, it smelled like sweat socks and shoes. A friend's room smelled bad as well but not the same. Also if you are unfortunate enough to be placed one the first floor you best hope you don't get a room with a window by the pool like I did. It is noisy and not at all comfortable. I hope I will never have to stay at this Best Western again.
We stayed here a week or so ago and had a lovely time. The room I had booked online was too small and the front desk staff ( I believe her name was Natalie..) immediately upgraded us to a much larger and very bright and beautiful room at no extra charge. The front desk staff and housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. When Natalie saw me with a bottle of wine she offered me a wine glass and promptly got it for me. These are the kinds of things that made our stay so nice, the thoughtfulness of the staff to our needs. The pool was awesome and the breakfast was delicious with waffles and eggs and you name it! Great location too! Thank you Best Western Plus! We will be back!

Rented a room online to prepare for wedding the next day. Booked 2 months ahead of the long weekend knowing it would be busy. Called to confirm a week before for 2 queen beds. Specified must be for 6 people. Day of check-in... the room requested was NOT AVAILABLE. Front desk gentleman refused to make eye contact as 6 women stood with bags and clothes staring at him in disbeleif. He kept mumbling and clicking the keyboard and said we booked a pet room. NOPE. No pets. Just 6 ladies. Again he said the room we booked was a pet room and it sleeps 4. 1 queen bed and a pull out couch. He adds, "the couch is not comfortable so I will give you an extra comforter." WHAT?!?!? We have to agree because now we have no choice and it's the long weekend and the wedding is the next day.He then says "here." And proceeds to just flop the queen size comforter on the counter. ...6 of us, with a bag and a garment bag each. No offer for a trolley or assistance and then we have to juggle an UNFOLDED comforter. The room was sadly lacking for what we booked and 2 of us had to go home to sleep and come back the next day. Wasted hours and stress. The PLUS in BW Plus must stand for "PLUS MORE INCONVENIENCE."Left A message on the managers voicemail but have not heard back. 1 week later. Not acceptable at all.I do NOT recommend this establishment. No. Do Not.
It was okay. Pool only went to 5 ft deep. They charged us 149 a night, which was part of a wedding discount and I dont feel it was worth it. The morning breakfast was allright with eggs sausage and waffles.
