Great place for a walk along the river. Be aware the place can be buggy at night.

Nestled on a no exit road surrounded by a farm lands you find the perfect place to get out and walk with your dogs. The flatish crushed gravel dyke is popular for walkers, joggers and many dogs love to explore. On a hot day it's nice to go near the river in the shade of the trees and watch the tug boats in action. Peaceful way to spend time most everyone I have met so far are friendly. Gets busiest around 5:30 - 7pm I've noticed.
Perfect for a leisurely stroll or a full on run. Bike, wheelchair and stroller friendly. Lots if benches if you want/need to stop. Watch for Bald Eagles, Great Blue Herons and any number of other birds and creatures. If you're really lucky....you see a Kingfisher.
The loop is a perfect daily walker for dogs. 2.1 kms of tree shade and water access makes it great any time of year.
