We have had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Fitzpatrick and his staff at Air1 Insurance for the last 7 years. Since the first day we placed insurance, we have found Air1 to provide very competitive quotes and dealt with In a friendly yet professional manner. Renewals were always a painless experience and looked after efficiently and promptly. We very recently experienced a shipping damage claim, (due to FEDEXs gross negligence by one of their Forklift operators to a very expensive MD Helicopter transmission). Air1 immediately got involved and took control of the situation and after a surprisingly short period of time, had the claim filed and funded In record time. Anyone looking for an Insurance Company that provides personal care and interest in your Aircraft incident or any other associated claim, Air1 in my opinion has proven to be the best option in the industry.
I've been with Air1 for 4 years now. When you fly a tail-dragger . . . you know the saying: "It's not a question of IF you have a ground loop, it's just a matter of WHEN!" Obviously, then, I've needed lots of individual attention from Air1 staff, and I can tell you their excellent, responsive, friendly, professional, helpful service doesn't all stop once they have your money. They've really been there for me! I understand Air1 is a family-type business, and that's sure reflected in the personable way all of their staff have about them. I really appreciated how great they were when dealing with my issues to me in the air again. I have confidence and trust in this company, and no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation.
