Went in to renew my car insurance. They wanted to charge a $5 fee to look up my name or plate # because I didn't have the icbc papers they mail you.....this is the worst!! A fee to do there job???
I had my insurance renewed today and purposely went to the location at Superstore in Pitt Meadows. The staff is so pleasant and make you feel comfortable. This is my experience each time I go so why change? Thank you Juanita!
Don't bother giving them your business. Rude staff, don't seem to care for your business. You're just an inconvenience to them and they constantly make mistakes. Steer clear of them unless you want to argue with them to do their job.
Customer service has been trash almost each time Ive been there. Staff will roll your eyes at you, pressure you into getting extra policies, argue with you. Not worth the time.
I never ever Wright reviews this is my very first one ..I was in there yesterday dealing with a very stressful estate transfer that's took 3 hours and juanita was the best and helped me make the best of the situation and I can't thank her enuff
