Received great customer service and assistance from several staff members. Big shout out to Patricia, who went above and beyond to help get my auto insurance set up. (I hadn't renewed my license, after first getting it a few years back, and so had lost my discount percentage. She called ICBC and was able to get my discount up to 15%, up from 0%!)
Would give 0 stars if possible, impossible to get proper, professional corespondence. Lack of communication regarding charges. Poor customer service. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your insurance needs.
